Hearth Apprentice (Get a $1000 Hiring Bonus)

The primary duties and responsibilities in this position are: Assist/Perform CSIA Certified Sweep for wood, gas, pellet operations, Load/unloading of equipment and materials from/to vehicles, Documentation of completed Operations, Assist Operations Manager per Daily Instructions. The secondary duties and responsibilities in this position are: Receiving and stocking of parts/supplies/inventory, Assist in retail operations.

You must already have or quickly develop the following knowledge, skills and abilities needed for this position: Valid Driver’s License, Ability to work with/on ladders and roofs, Able to work outdoors during all seasons, Able to lift heavy loads – 80+ lbs – for short periods of time, Following written instructions, Mental flexibility and Positive Attitude!

This role has fast-track on the job training potential to advance to Lead Technician!

Full time role with commission potential, 401K, Paid Time Off, Health Insurance after 30 days!

Lead Hearth Technician (Get a $1000 Hiring Bonus)

The primary duties and responsibilities in this position are: Perform and Lead CSIA Certified Sweep & Level I inspection for wood operations; And/or NFI-Certified gas and pellet operations, Instruct Hearth Apprentice in operations, Drive and stock company vehicle, Load/unloading of equipment and materials from/to vehicles, Documentation of completed Operations to industry standards, Assist Operations Manager per Daily Instructions. The secondary duties and responsibilities in this position are: Receiving and stocking of parts/supplies/inventory, Assist in retail operations.

You must already have the following knowledge, skills and abilities needed for this position: Hearth Technician experience, current CSIA or NFI Certification, Valid Driver’s License, Ability to work with/on ladders and roofs, Able to work outdoors during all seasons, Able to lift heavy loads – 80+ lbs – for short periods of time, Following written instructions, Mental flexibility and Positive Attitude!
