My gas fireplace would not start and they found the problem quickly and explained every detail to me. They walked me through how to properly light the pilot light and even had me light it to make sure I could do it. After completely cleaning and checking the fireplace, they thoroughly explained what they services performed and a potential problem that may occur due to low-voltage in my fireplace.
